I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for adolescents and adults, hoping to meet them wherever they are at in their journey.

I truly enjoy coming alongside my clients as an ally and desire to empower them to be the best version of themselves.

My desire is to support people as they work to reach their goals and overcome their challenges in the counseling setting. I believe that each client is an expert on themselves, and my role is to help them get to where they want to go.

I value vulnerability, partnership, trust, and even laughter in the counseling relationship. I operate from both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as Psychodynamic, depending on what is most helpful for each individual person.

I am from Texas but absolutely love the PNW and have an adoration for the outdoors here. I love riding my bike, hiking, cooking, and drinking coffee with my wife. I have had the privilege of 3 years of overseas volunteer experience throughout Asia, Africa, Central America, and Europe, that has allowed me to see the world from many perspectives. During that time, I have worked alongside many young adults in a Christian mentor role through an organization called Adventures in Missions. I love to study and enjoy learning from each and every client, coming alongside them as best as possible. I believe strongly that understanding where we come from is vital to growth.
